I think you are referring to the newer CD-ROM version, which fixes som inaccuracies in the moves/scenes that existed in the original CD-ROM version (and the Deluxe Pack as well).
And, since I can see the questions coming, you CANNOT use this new CD-ROM version with Daphne as far as I know. For sure, you CANNOT use the DVD-Video version w/ Daphne. You MUST use the DVD-ROM version.
All are available for direct purchase at www.digitalleisure.com. Or, you can get the new accurate CD-ROM, older Deluxe Pack, or DVD-Video versions at Electronic's Boutique, GameStop, etc. Good luck finding the DVD-ROM in stores though...direct purchase or eBay are the best bets.
