: How about trying to use an old Kodak Slide projector with slides made up of the marquees and projecting from the rear. I used to use this method to display graphics of systems that were projected within a unit the size of a large monitor before graphic CRTs became available. Some of the projectors had fairly simple remotes that were hard wired and could be controlled by the parallel port. Properly arranged mirrors can take care of awkward positioning and maybe diffrent lenses could help. I forget how many slides fit in the carosel but it would work for quite a few marquees.
