well thanks for the advice guys =) i dont have much time logged with any gfx software so im not familiar with the limits of filtering and cleaing the picture. i also agree taht a bigger scan of the marquee is required for a nice clean looking printout.

has very large scans of the marquees (the pac man i got was 4.40 megs and took forever to download from the slow server). im going to try to print this out at full size and make a stencil of it on plexiglass and see if i can paint it up to look original...
