I used wico the first time I ordered stuff and things came in fine. Recently when I used them it was a nightmare. I ordered my stuff and got no confirmation. So I sent them an email asking them to confirm my order. They sent me back the badtrans virus. Eventually I got a confirmation about a week later and after several more emails. Then 2 weeks went by and I had no controls yet. So I called them up and was like where is my stuff. They told me it was on back order and wouldn't be in for at least another week. I was like I'm ordering buttons and your a arcade game parts distributor and you don't have them stocked for 3 weeks? So I canceled the order. I ordered the stuff from Happ on Wednesday standard UPS ground and had it by friday. Happ is on top of it and is worth the extra money for the service you get. They are a much more professional organization.
