Well, growing up in Michigan (AnnArbor) I have to say is Canada ROCKS!

1) Easier border on the canadian side. My roommate in highschool, she got full body cavity searched. My brother... full body. I have probably 6 other friends...full body cavity searched ALL ON THE AMERICAN SIDE!

2) Buy beer at 19. So between 19 - 21 I was there often!

3) Strip Joints are SO WAY WAY WAY MUCH BETTER in canada. Full nude and drinks. Also, one at the boarder, to give a tip you lay on the stage face up and they crawl over you... and if you really want to be naughty is you blow at thier... well... exposed area... slightly. I've had many fun fun nights at that strip joint. (BTW, stay away from the high prices ones. The girls are stuckup and you have to have a tie to get in... )

4) Speed limit is 115MPH! Wooohooo zoooom along! (btw, you can only use the excuse... oh, whats a kalometer once... so make it worth it!)

5) Cleaner. Even their back alleys seem to have been washed recently! Does make you homesick for some drunken bumb with a stentch of vomit... sigh... I miss home

6) You do feel like your rich when you convert 50 bucks and get like 9000 dollars!

7) I have to say... the beer is better! Not as good as the UK... but WAY better then the US! (quick note. Anyone ever see "Canadian Bacon"? John Candies last movie and it was SO FUNNY!)

8) Alex Trebet. Do I have to say more?

9) Their obsessive pricing on smokes help people quite every day (and start other habits like heroin since it's cheaper!)

10) Duddly Du Right was way way too cool for words. In the US all we got where sucky cops like Cojack and Lethal Weapon... Nothing cool like Duddly.

11) Free health care... Not sure if it's worth the price... but it's free!

I really do love Canada. Friends of the family had a really nice cabin in Canada when I was growing up so we would spend at least a week there every summer. Then it was an hour away from home, so we would go there often. It was also faster to drive to my grandparents cutting through Canada. So I've been there quite a bit. Love the country.

btw, the little town by the cabin had like 5 arcades in one street and I always thought it was the coolest thing!
