I think he wants to build a Genesis Cab not an emulator cab... prolly already has a genesis and a TV not a computer .... Gotta start somewhere =)

As for the original poster to this thread, Im sure looking at any of the hack a controller tutorials will be basically the same as hacking a genesis controller
