With the pinned one, probably about 10 secs max. I've timed myself (this is a popular question), and it's actually about 5 secs.
The screw connection restrictor plates take slightly more time. The screws actually only make contact with about 3-4 threads, so it doesn't take long to secure them in place.

That one was done as an example of how the customer could paint theirs if they chose to go with a primered finish. Please contact me for custom paint (other than the black dimpled or primer) for your order. I will entertain other finishes, but it will increase delivery time.
