What is the best front end?

I know there will be some bias people with this question, but I'm gonna ask it anyways...

What is the best front end to run on my cab?

I now have a EYGO VGA/Arcade monitor, so it will be running Windows at 640x480.

Want to run MAME to start, with other emu;s later.

What should I install?
