Happs has one that is suppost to be a little better, but I haven't tried it.
I went with a xenophobe joystick (kinda like a tron, trigger and 2 thumbs on a flight stick over an 8way). I got it cheap on ebay.
I've heard the happs opticals are really good. I've heard you can actually play street fighter type games on them also and that they rotate doesn't bother people. I don't have one and dont know.
I wouldn't go with a happs rotary no-optical. Because you can get the original snk rotaries from video connect for 15 bucks each. Trouble is hacking thems still though
