Well, here'y my 2c. I created a bezel out of black foamboard and hated it, then I bought one from HAPP and loved it.
(The 27" bezel fit my 27 TV + enclosure with a bit of trimming)
costs a bit more, but it looks 100% more professional than the foamboard/posterboard solution
