How much load is needed on a Power Supply?

I've got a JAMMA cabinet with a standard switching power supply. If I disconnect the existing PCB, and put a J-PAC and computer there instead, how much load will I need on the unused power supply to prevent it from burning out?

Rather than completely disconnecting it, I was going to use it for coin door lights, coin counter and some LED's. Is this sufficient load to protect the power supply?

I've only seen vague information about this, so I'd love any info anyone can provide. Thanks!
