Where to find a 25" TV under $300

Has anyone purchased a 25" TV with S-Video within the last couple of months in the US that can point me to 1) What type?(model #) , 2) Where? and 3) How much? I have been looking to buy the Sharp 25RS100 from Best Buy for $229, but some sites say it has S-Video and some say it doesn't. Can someone confirm? Thanks in advance and my apologies in advance.. I know this is a tired thread...
