I had a similar problem before I managed to track down a set of these bits, so I had to make another plan:

Firstly, you can (with a tough small screwdriver and a hammer) break off the little pin in the middle by tapping it to move one way a little, then back the opposite way a few times. It's brittle and will just pop-off allowing you to use a standard torx bit in the remaining hole.

Another option I later tried (only recommended if you are planning on replacing the removed screws/bolts with new ones): Just use a slow drill with a bit the size of the centre cavity and drill out the pin. There will be enough "teeth" left after the hole is drilled for the normal torx bit to grip for removal.
