I have one button for speed.
I also changed my mame settings so that f10 will toggle both showfps and unlimit. I wish I could also switch between skip 12 and skip 0... but I would have to add another button or start compiling.
Also, if you are doing it. I added 2 buttons on each side for VPinmame. One for flipper and one for tilt.
