I ordered wider t-molding from Rockler. They have 13/16" t-molding specifically for 3/4" wood with laminate. However, I think they only have it in black, brown, or tan. They also have a kerf cutting bit for a router that works excellent for cutting the kerf to hammer the t-molding into. It costs about $30 but it is worth it.

: Hi, I'm running into a problem where my 3/4" MDF + home depot laminate used for my control panel are wider than my 3/4" t-moulding, but less wide than 7/8" t-moulding.. are there any clever workarounds, perhaps sources for thinner laminate?

: I could slightly bevel the edge of the mdf, but I would think the laminate would not adhere correctly in the corners.

: Has anyone had success with trimming t-moulding?

: Thanks - Joe
