If you have a router, get a flush cutting bit. It has a bearing on the bottom that will follow the laminate. You may have to build a jig to hold the router square to the cabinet as the t moulding has a rounded profile.

: Hi, I'm running into a problem where my 3/4" MDF + home depot laminate used for my control panel are wider than my 3/4" t-moulding, but less wide than 7/8" t-moulding.. are there any clever workarounds, perhaps sources for thinner laminate?

: I could slightly bevel the edge of the mdf, but I would think the laminate would not adhere correctly in the corners.

: Has anyone had success with trimming t-moulding?

: Thanks - Joe
