Pop-up idea sounds good. And I agree that .INI configuration is the way to go.

My only other suggestion would be the OPTION of a windows-like scroll bar for people using LISTVIEW skins... That would make game selection a lot easier for trackball(mouse) users.

(the current arrow system you have is a little awkward depending on the font size being used. The arrows get kinda small and hard to click.)

Other than that, all I can say is keep up the great work. This is the best front end I've used.

Thanks.

: Ok so the status is.....
: I'm going to switch to ini files and as of beta 4 the config menu will be history. Although the next release may not have many more config options, I will try to make Rd more configurable in terms of details in the future...

: Also I'll be implementing a mame-style popup menu, that will allow you to config a few things on the fly...

: The things I want to add to this menu are key config, screensaver delay, font size (a new feature for this version), scroll speed, and skin selection. I'll also try to alter the ssaver modes menus to reflect this new style... I also want to add a little popup menu that tells you if the sounds are muted or not when you hit the mute key. This is how the ss menu will be done as well.

: Sound good? Any suggestions?

: Is there anything crucial that I'm forgetting?
