Can I use a standard Power Supply on an Arcade Monitor?

Hi,

I have an arcade monitor with no power supply, it only has the wires for the blue, red, etc and a power cable to plug it into a power supply.

Can I hook it up to say, a normal PC power supply, Or can I plug it straight into a wall socket???
