If you plan on using T-Molding you'll want a T-molding groove cutting bit:

They have two shank diameters (1/4", and 1/2") it's likely that you have a 1/4" shank router, but it wouldn't hurt to double check as the bit is 35 bucks.
As for the switch holes, I'd use a solid
or fostner bit in a drill instead of the router.
