I've been working on this problem myself... There isn't a way to make it come on just when it gets power, but I did do a little relay hack. Basically it requires 4 relays and will generate a True-False Transition everytime the power is switched.... to either on or off. The parts are very inexpensive and it's relatively easy to do.
