Is it possible to wire multiple game consoles into the same control panel?

Here is the plan, I am building my cabinet and I am thinking about using actual consoles in it like the SNES and the Sega Saturn. Is it possible for me to use my arcade control panel as the controller for each individual console without having to switch anything? Any ideas or suggestions on doing this, links, anything?
