I think the "X-Arcade" sticks are more like "Super's" than "Ultimates"

I tried one of these at E3 and could not do ducking DP's at all. I think it is the same stick here as Hanaho. I don't play Neo fighters so, I guess the best way is to actually test the sticks yourself to see which is best.
