1. This project uses two PowerRamps as the main brains. More and more people are looking at these things and they seem to be working well.
2. He built this project as a learner to get ready for his arcade cabinet... Looking forward to seeing that :)
The writeup Well, here it is. My first attempt at a controller. I want to build a cabinet and needed a smaller project to learn with, here it is.
It uses 2 PowerRamps and a mouse spinner.
The inside is a bit cramped as I had built the box before receiving the p-ramps. They were bigger than I thought, but I got them in!
I used cardboard risers to mount the p-ramps so they don't short out againt the underlying button micro switches.
The black top is a 12X24 inch piece of shelving. I used it becuase the surface is made with a plasticlike scratch resistant coating. The box is just cheap pine.
