This device is for game developers and requires you to write the software to interface it. If that is what you wanted - great. If not, there are plenty of good keyboard encoders and analog-to-mouse encoders that work right off the shelf.
Besides, for the $160 this costs, you could get a KE72-T from Hagstrom and still have a few bucks in your pocket.
