Need some help mounting Ultimate Joystick from Happ Controls

Hey everyone. I am just wondering what is the best way to mount the joystick. Should I drill the 4 corner holes, and use nuts and screws to hold it in? Or should I just use straight up screws. I am just a little unclear how to do this. Please help. Thanks.
