I know for a fact that Hydro Thunder and Off-Road Thunder are also PC-based games. I had a chance to look inside of an Off-Road Thunder game and inside is an industrial ATX chassis with standard ATX board. If I recall correctly the PC used standard VGA out for the monitors, and I was told that the game sits on a hard drive and uses a hardware key to deter bootlegging. No idea about the control or graphics hardware, though...
Also, didn't the original NFL Blitz have a 3DFX splash screen? Perhaps that is another PC-based game?
