Ive tried to put together the circuit required for connecting
consoles (like the saturn) to an arcade monitor. Instead of
breaking apart the RGB scart cables ive actually used a Scart
socket so i dont have to break my exisitng cables. At first i
put the circuit together wrong, i connected +5v to -5v by mistake
... ooops, now ive put +5v to +5v the picture on the monitor
has lots of white dots and still doesnt sync properly, its blurry
and rolls every so often, can anyone suggest some ideas ???
