I removed all of the screws but it is also held together by the metal actually being "glued" together. I'm sure some of you know what this is but it looks basically like some kind of metal was placed between the different layers (like solder) and then burnt or melted to form a bond. Anyway, looks like these babies are staying as steering wheels which is okay. This can be for all the optical racing games and others that it will work for and I'll have a completely different spinner panel.
