Whats the best videocard with TV out for a MAME cabinet? (NOTE: tv out is NOT for mame. I have a 29" arcade monitor thats connected via PC 2Jamma and I am using Advance MAME and ArcadeOS.)

I am going to upgrade my videocard so I can watch DVDs and play Windows 95 games on my TV.
