Anyone know of a util to shut down a dos machine automagicly?

Hey all,

I've seen utils that will shutdown a Win9x box by making the proper winapi call. But I was wondering if there was anything out there that is similar for dos? I was thinking maybe someone might of made a utility to make the proper bios call when you have an ATX power supply and a motherboard with the proper energy saving features.

Not entirely sure if this is possible though...

Currently I have my box set to auto power-on with a keypress, and was hoping that a util for dos exists. Not having to press a power button would definitly be a good thing, as there would be one less thing to mount on my cabinet.
