I am running a PIII-500Mhz, 160MB RAM, 32MB ATI Ragy Fury (so I can play other PC games if I ever want to, haven't yet). It runs things pretty damn good.
I guess it depends on what games you want to run. I wanted to be able to run anything, but I am sure that even with this set up I won't be able to get 100% frame rates in some game.
