Win 98 gives:
1) USB support - even if you don't need it now - you may well one day
2) Support for unlimited mice - I have 4, 2 serial (spinners), 1 PS2 (trackball) and 1 USB (regular mouse)
Plus - IMHO, MAME32 is far slicker than any of the DOS / frontend combinations.
Note though that I don't requires the better DOS video tweaking support.

: I am thinking of using MAME32 for my cabinet. I am wondering if MAME runs better under win95 or Win98, or if theres a difference at all? It seems like Win95 would use less system resources. My reason for not using DOS is because i use a Wingman Warrior, and I have never been able to get the spinner to work in DOS MAME. If it's possible to get it to work in DOS with the spinner, then I'll do that instead.
: Please give input!
