So far, it seems that achieving windows on an arcade monitor isn't possible (except for the U3100 of course, but not your typical monitor). It's kinda funny when you think about it. Arcade monitors are for the ones who want the most realistic feel to a real arcade experience, so an arcade monitor with windows running on it might take some of that away. Get my point? It hasn't happened yet because really there aren't many people out there trying to make it happen.
