Okay if you've not fussy about the picture quality and you don't want to play any games/directdraw/video overlay programs then the SIS6326 15khz interlace program does work, however be warned the the picture flickers like crazy, enough to drive me crazy at least.

The only solutions I'd recommend are either the W-G VGA monitors or a 15khz/25khz monitor (This solution maybe cheaper than the W-G VGA option, depends, you could probably get a refurbished one from W-G, I don't really know, also this option you can get massive screens 33", 39" and 50" projection monsters! and IMO the output looks a lot better, well its authentic, its what you see when you play Sega Rally 2 and so on at your local arcade).
