The way that I mounted mine (in a replica Robocop / Bad Dudes cabinet) was to use a piece of 3/4" wide, 1/8" thick aluminum bar stock from Home Depot, curved by hand to fit the curve of the wood, then screwed in place. I had cut a groove in the top and bottom pieces so the marquee sets in nicely, then the aluminum screws to the exposed part of the wood. I'll have pictures up eventually, but it works VERY nicely and keeps the marquee completely intact.
