I don't think this is possible, well actually I am not 100% sure..

My Wells Gardener supports Composite Input, but the picture is black and white, I have a Well Gardner NTSC to RGB board, have no idea how to fit the bertha, don't really plan to solder it on the monitor, no with my soldering skills!! ;)

Maybe some Arcade Tubes support composite input, I believed the Laser Disc games where composite and maybe some early Nintendo games.

But basically you'd need something to convert Composite to RGB NTSC.. not sure on the Quality..

My US 3D0 had something like that S-Video to RGB Scart, and the picture quaility was great..
