I'm not sure about Lexan, but I just cut the overlay for my control panel tonight. It is made of 1/4" thick Lucite plexiglass, and I cut it with a fine toothed plywood blade on a table saw, and it did a beautiful job. There was no cracking of any kind. I ran tape along the cut line just to be safe, but I don't think I would have had a problem even without it. All I have to do now is wet sand the edges. I've heard that you can "flame" the edges with a propane torch, but I am not experienced with that so I won't go that route. Good luck.
