Composite video (RCA jack) to arcade monitor - possible?

Hello all:

I have a video card with a video out connector (RCA jack type) but want to connect it to an arcade monitor. Wnat do I need / how do I do this?

Thank you *very* much in advance.

P.S. The video card has a jumper to *always* use the TV out - I would like to use this.
