I've got a averkey 300 gold that I use for mame.
I say get this one because it works great with the tv, has a remote for screen resizing, runs all the mame games great and has
RGB out at 15K!.
I hooked it up once to my arcade psx cab and it looked good. (no great mind you.) but probally about the same quality and one of the cheap 640x480 arcade monitors.
