New in this version is:

New import executable routines (now using pipes and different calls to CreateProcess for Win9x and NT, I hope this will make the import executable function work on all Win32 platforms).

Corrected a small memory bug.

Made minor changes to the GUI.

Corrected SortInfo file extensions from .sof to .sif.
