No, the port your printer plugs into is a parallel port. The serial port(s) are much smaller, something like 9 pins.
If you have 2 of these then you can have 2 serial devices. You will only need one serial port to have 2 spinners though. Check out Opti-Pac, it lets you hook up 2 spinners or one trackball using 1 serial port.
