Question: JAMMA PCB rgb out to Standard VGA Monitor?

I'm trying to make a harness to wire rgb out from a jamma board
to a 15pin vga monitor.Is this possible? Will the vga monitor correctly display the signal
or would the synch rate and such need to be altered?

any help would be greatly appreciated
