I have a 25 inch jamma machine with Mortal Kombat 3 installed. I am considering making it into a MAME machine, but I had so much trouble with rolling in my other project I am hesitant to do it. I had a bunch of trouble with my electrohome go-7 19 inch monitor and arcadeos. Every time I switched a game or resolution the screen would roll. I got email from a bunch of people telling me it was not so bad and I should constantly adjust it, but after using a WG U3100 (which does not roll), I am unwilling to adjust the vert hold all the time.
My overall question. You have an arcade montior. Do you experience rolling problems when you switch between games or resolutions? The monitor I have now is significantly newer than the old monitor. Will that make a difference in the ability to control vertical hold?
