my computer - mameworthy?

okay guys - i asked before about buying a computer from scratch for MAMEing horizontal games which would include newer faster stuff, so i appreciated you guys' advice.

BUT right now i'm focusing on my Vertical game cab, and i want to know if my computer can do it. Bear in mind probably the most advanced games to go on this cab will be things like Dragon Spirit and 1942...

AMD K-5 100mHz processor
32MB RAM
IDE HD 808 MB
Advance Logic ALS007 sound card
Trident 9440 video card/driver
currently running win95v4.0, but i'll probably strip it out and just run DOSMAME and arcadeOS.

whaddya think? i know it's bad, but my computer budget for now is Zero (literally), and this one cannot be upgraded. (no card slots, nothing like that, it's too old)

this is to be MAMEing with a vertical arcade monitor, and a control panel wired to a KE24 (thanks jh! btw, does the KE24 have a keyboard passthru?)
