The kit requires you to take the PCB and encoder wheel from a mouse and mount it appropriately. It would be similar to mounting the PCB for the Twistygrip.

The flywheel is included with the kit and the full spinner. (Not the encoder wheel)
The knob and flywheel are secured to the shaft (via a setscrew). The shaft is suspended where the bottom of the flywheel assembly and the top of the bracket come together. They are seperated by the nylon washer.
