TV Power in cabinet

I am building a cabinet with a television (yet to purchase) and thought of a strange problem. I'd like to have a single power switch for the entire cabinet (computer, tv, etc...). However, newer televisions don't seem to have a way to always be "on". In other words, on older TV's you would turn the knob to "on" and just plug it into the power strip. Newer TV's just have a one-state as opposed to a two-state button.

I suppose it could be turned on with a remote, but that is lame.

Has anyone who build a TV into their cab come up with a solution to this?

Chuck
