NEOGEO games don't rotate properly within ArcadeOS

All my games are currently rotated left on a verticle monitor placement and work fine including all horizontal games EXCEPT Neogeo games. Neogeo games come up with half the text rotated OK and the graphics still in standard non-rotated mode leaving the game unplayable. Anyone else have this problem?
