Std res 19" vs. WG U3100

My arcade cabinet is still lacking a monitor... Should I go with a 19"-er from someone cheap like a Happs brand, or should I try to get a refurb U3100 from WG? I assume the U3100 is much easier to hook up, but does it look like any other arcade monitor?

Also, my cabinet was completely gutted when I got it, so what additional equipment will I need to install to get the better choice to work?
