ArcadeOS not showing NEOGEO games in list???

I am not seeing the NEOGEO games in the arcadeos list that appears. I know there is a setting in arcadeos.cfg that will move them, but I indicated they should not be moved.
Should they show up in my normal games list? Is there something else I need to do?
