You simply need two interfaces. I use one Happ serial interface and one Happ USB interface, and it works great. There's nothing stopping you from using Two serial interfaces or one KE72 and one Happ serial interface or even two home built devices using just about any combination of PS2, serial or USB mouse guts. As for getting them to work simultaneously, see the Optimame or Emuplus readmes, and read my posts on this subject a little ways down on the message board.
